SHIPPING AND HANDLING

Shipping Domestic
I ship via USPS and UPS primarily. Shipping costs are estimated using flat USPS/UPS fees.

I always try to refund any shipping overages paid if I can safely package items together, However, in the event shipping cost is more for delivery I will contact you to discuss additional shipping costs needed.

Standard Shipping: Expected delivery within 2 to 7 business days. Cost: $12.00 and $5.00 for each additional item added. I always try to combine orders if I can safely do so, but in most cases I try to ship items separately to avoid any breakage.

In the unlikely event your purchase has been damaged in shipping, please contact me within 24 hours of the delivery date with photos of the damaged items and the shipping box. We can then work out a refund. After 24 hours of the delivery date, damaged goods can no longer be taken into consideration.

Door Step Delivery Option!

I offer FREE door step delivery for anyone located within 10 miles of the 32804 area code. If you are interested in this option in lieu of shipping & handling fees simply leave a note stating “ DELIVERY REQUESTED” in the additional information box upon checkout. Once confirmed the delivery address falls within the 10 mile radius the shipping fees will be refunded. I will contact you via email to confirm and see if any delivery instructions are needed.

We currently only ship within the United States.

Shop Policies

All items are hand made by Kelly Evans in her College Park Florida studio. The purchase of a piece by Invisible Twin Studio is an investment in a unique one of a kind item. Similar style items are often made, but their handmade nature ensures that each piece is completely unique.

The artist spends a large amount of time with each individual piece as most items are thrown on the potters wheel then accentuated with hand built additions and techniques before waxing and hand glazing. Great care has been taken to create a unique one of a kind piece and slight variances should be expected and celebrated!.

Due to the one of a kind nature and limited amount of each collection, all purchases are final. For this reason we are unable to offer exchanges, as we cannot guarantee availability. 

Custom Orders & Wholesale Inquiries

Though I do appreciate the inquiries, I currently do not take on custom orders or any wholesaling at this time..
